Aims:
The aim is to provide guidance for DCPs to improve their communication skills when dealing with challenging behaviour from patients and colleagues including the importance of shared decision making and communication within teams.

Learning Outcomes:
At the end of the session the participant will be able to:
– Demonstrate an understanding of how to improve their communication skills when dealing with challenging behaviour.
– Explain how challenging behaviour from patients and colleagues can affect the dental team.
– Describe how to improve communication within the team focusing on shared decision making.

 

This event will be delivered Face to Face at 179a, Floor 3, Training Rooms A&B.

After the event, you will receive a link to complete the feedback form. The window for completion of the feedback form will be open for 1 week, following which you will receive your CPD certificate.
